yeah os ltes start age - 17.5 height - 164 cm waist - 40 inches tummy side - 46 inches im an hourglass had weight gain MAJORLY due to meds and shit im doin this and a couple of exercises along with yoga , meditation and yoga for heiight increase so , starting on 20:04.24 day 1 - had an awesome sweaty workout sesh

My first day (today) gosh I used muscles I never used before every part of my body is hurting and it hurt when I do certain poses my lower leg hurts 😭🤙🏼
